Using your Creative skills to be promotable Being creative is something that everyone can be in his or her own little way. Having the knowledge of being creative and getting things done in a timely manner are going to help you do what you want now and later on in life as you go. It is always important to be creative so that you can make dreams become a reality and get to where you need to be. Having promotable ideas is something that you should be proud of and up for anytime, you can. If you are looking to spruce up your creative skills, you may want to do some reading. There are plenty of books on the market today that are going to help us be more creative. This means that we will be better at work and at play. Reading about the things that we like to do the most is going to help us become more productive throughout life and with everything that we like or need to do. Creative ability is something that most of us are born with. We all have a certain level of creativeness inside somewhere. The hard part is getting to use it when we need to. There are all kinds of circumstances that we should be ready and prepared for. If we are trying to do a job well we need to work on it until we get it right. You can catch some great articles when it comes to creativity. If you do not want to read about the skills that you can have, you can listen to others that tell great stories about how to be super at what they do. Figure out a goal for yourself and then go after it. This may mean that you need to be more creative to get it. However, is this really something that is going to be hard for you? You need to do it so you might as well make the best of it. When you are serious about making yourself better at something, you need to be ready and prepared for a great and interesting ride. If you are at your job and you want to be noticed in some way, you should put your creative mind to work. This means that you might have to work harder to be noticed but it will be worth the work that you do because you are taking a risk. You will also find out if you have what it takes to become the person that you have always wanted to be. Do not give up on your creative goals. They are not going to come easy for some but others may have no problem at all. It is going to be in how you look at the world and how hard you want to work. There are so many ways that you can make your goals a success in life. Figure out a plan of action so that you are better able to make your dreams of being someone fantastic work. Being afraid of failing is something that many people use to let their creative minds wander away. However, this should be the time that you get excited about these goals and make it all work out for you in the end. Feeling good about who you are and what you do is another good step in being more promotable. This is a great goal to have and one that will make many people achieve more goals. Having creative skills will be something that you find useful no matter what you are doing. Being able to figure out certain problems is something that you should take pride in. This will lead back to being creative and having your goals met in life. Any opportunity that you can have to make this work for you is going to be something that you should proceed with. It is going to make you feel good as well as get you farther in your goals and planning than ever before.

William McDonough: The wisdom of designing Cradle to Cradle
TEDtalksDirector
22 min - May 17, 2007

http://www.ted.com - Architect and designer William McDonough asks what our buildings and products would look like if designers took into account "All children, all species, for all time." A tireless proponent of absolute sustainability (with a deadpan sense of humor), he explains his philosophy of "cradle to cradle" design, which bridge the needs of ecology and economics. He also shares some of his most inspiring work, including the world's largest green roof (at the Ford plant in Dearborn, Michigan), and the entire sustainable cities he's designing in China.
