Hypnotherapy to stop smoking?
I'm considering doing this but want to know first if it actually works. Has anyone succeeding in quitting by this method? How long does it take? Do the cravings stop altogether afterwards, or do you still need some decent willpower? Has anyone tried this and failed?

Fussy eater.. how can i eat healthily?
I've recently decided that i want to be healthier because im not exactly thin. I go to the gym for an hour each day and yoga one evening in the week. Im really enjoying this but im not really losing any weight because of my diet. I have cut down on fatty foods, white bread, fries, chips, chocolate etc and i don't snack in between meals anymore but im a really fussy eater. I have an allergy to nuts and a slight dairy intolerance although i do still eat eggs and such and just deal with the consequences. Im not keen on vegetables, i only really like carrots. I hate potatoes and tomatoes and if something has even just onion flavouring in it i stay well clear. I tend to just eat fish but i really don't know what to eat with it since i cant eat potatoes. This isn't a life choice ive made, i really wish i liked all foods, it would make life so much easier!! I was just wondering if anyone else has similar tastes to me and if so, how do you deal with it. Ive heard about hypnotherapy to stop smoking, my friends parents did it and it worked wonders, does anyone know if there's a similar thing to calm my taste buds down? id just love to go out for dinner somewhere and be able to eat pretty much everything on the menu instead of just 2 things. Oh and by the way, im fussy with waaaay more things than ive mentioned, i just dont have space to list allll the food that i hate! Thanks for the help :)
