Make Up Your Mind
Today's Story on ADAPTING TO CHANGE: Some people think that there is a method of how to appear dominating and in charge. Imagine for example, a politician, don't they appear to be totally domineering? What about the President or as we have here in England, a Prime Minister, don't they appear to be always 'in charge' of their behavioural patterns? Broadcasters, high flying business people, high ranking army officials, high ranking government personnel, these and many more seem to have a charisma of strength and determination. So what is their secret? Making sure they are fully alert, and you will notice these people never allow themself to comment unless they have studied the facts. Knowledge is power! If you listen and respond, you will create the same energy and communication skills as these who perfect it professionally. QUOTE: 'When you only ever half listen, you can expect nothing less than only ever being half as effective.' Always pay full attention. Listen and respond, as a well structured response can change the world; more often than not, the structure isn't planned it comes from keeping full attention throughout your response. In effect what your heart tells you to say. If you could ever trust that reaction, you'll realise its potential. Try and remember a moment where you spoke without thinking, and the quality of that comment that was spoken; you may have even thought that it had come from someone else's mouth. Express this power vocally and physically and you will impress. If you knew how to harness this power you would use it regularly Adapting to change in this way is simple. Test, try and see; you may well be impressed yourself. So don't forget to listen and respond from the heart instantly. You will not know unless you try! Now on to today's story... PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE Today's example occurred in 1960. In was an American Presidential debate between Richard Nixon and John F Kennedy. The debate was broadcast both on radio and, for the first time on television. The majority of people who listened to the radio thought Nixon won the debate. But by far the majority watched it on television. Those that did thought Kennedy won. Why? Kennedy was much better at sending 'elect me' messages in a visual way that that of Nixon. (From a book by Nate Booth). QUOTE: 'Every man carries in his eye the exact indication of his rank.' (Ralph Waldo Emerson).

What is the definition of Agnosticism?
--- They have not made up their minds yet ----
Why do you all keep trying to nitpick at a definition simply because it's not your standard dictionary, word for word definition? Oh I'm sorry, I forgot you all relied on google for your definitions now. Let's have a quick look.
"a. One who believes that it is impossible to know whether there is a God.
b. One who is skeptical about the existence of God but does not profess true atheism.
2. One who is doubtful or noncommittal about something.
adj."
If you are doubtful of the facts, do not know the facts - that implies when you do know the facts, you will make up your mind.Ergo, agnostics have not made up their mind.
So why does my initial definition disturb those of you who use dictionary definitions?

BB - Mario the speedo undie wearing one - is he?
gay or what. Check his profile on the Channel 4 website - He admits to being vain, saying when he goes to a club even if he doesn't want to pull girls, he still wants to look attractive to them. WTF, make up your mind.
If you read some of the others it sounds like they are talking about different people. I am sure Govan said he was straight but his profile says he is bi!!!!

Really scared, feel terrible?
My friend has dated four people. This isn't alot, and i never said it was, but he when they all broke up, he waited about a week to go out with someone different, and i thought this was a little weird, but good aswell, because i think it's nice how he's trying to find love. Then today, he announced on facebook that he's dating someone new, and i commented on it saying:
'Make up your mind on who you like. Gawsh. XD' in a very jokingly way.
He understood that this was a joke, i think.
Then some other people commented on it saying a similar thing.
Then my friends brother commented on it rather meanly, saying stuff like:
'Who haven't you dated?' and some other stuff like how many girlfriends he's had.
Then i commented:
'don't take it so personally. You do date/like/love/whatever alot of people, andd it only takes like 1 week for you to get over them. I'm not saying that this is bad, just some people think you need to stop going out with girl after girl' to the guy who has relationships fast.
I then tried explaining to him that he needs to wait abit longer to find a new girlfriend. (meanwhile the other guy was still being mean.)
Now the guy who has a new girlfriend told me that he reported me into school, and now i'm going to get into big trouble. I told him i'm very sorry, and didn't mean for it to offend/upset him and whatnot, only that i was just trying to explain my point of view
He accepted the apoligy, and we're fine now, but he already reported me and the other guy to school, and i'm worried that i will still get in trouble, even though he told school i haven't upset him and it wasn't me bullying him.
Do you think i will still get into big trouble and what not? What do you think of the situation? Supportive answers will really help, actually very scared and upset.

What's the name of the song from the Kellogg's Special K advert?
This may only be known to UK viewers.
The lyrics are along the lines of... "Let the sunshine on your face, don't let it ever go to waste, now is the time to make up your mind, let it shine on you, let it shine on you..."
Very nice song. Sounds like an American soul singer or someone like Des'ree.
