Mind Game

Today's Story on LOVE: Love is an intense feeling of deep affection. Love can also mean an intense sexual attraction to someone. If we forget the personal feeling for a moment, how would we describe someone who shows love to the world? Perhaps a good example would be that you offer the same affection to everyone, whether a neighbour or an enemy. If you met a stranger, then you would offer the same help regardless. Of course this feeling of offering love to the world is one that many would think they readily apply each day. Like many moments of sadness a spiralling effect is created. If you are hurting, or you are suffering regular bouts of pain, your temperament is more unstable than normal; and your ability to offer love diminishes. Alternatively if you experience a few moments of selfishness, your greed to serve than mood increases and the chance of you offering any love also diminishes. Not me! Cries the reader... Unless you are very saintly, selfishness is difficult to shrug off. In some small way, each day, there is evidence of a selfish action. Forgive me for suggesting it can be eliminated, but selfishness can be weakened. To see it and understand it is half the battle. Have you ever been in a similar situation to this merchant in the next story? A HASIDIC STORY A wealthy Jewish merchant treats a poor old man with rudeness and disdain as they travel together on a train. When they arrive at their common destination, the merchant finds the station thronged with pious Jews waiting in ecstatic joy to greet the arrival of one of the holiest rabbis in Europe, and learns to his frustration that the old man in his compartment is that saintly rabbi. Embarrassed at his disgraceful behaviour and distraught that he missed a golden opportunity to speak in privacy to a wise and holy man, the merchant pushes his way through the crowd to find the old man. When he reaches him, he begs the rabbi's forgiveness and requests his blessing. The old rabbi looks at him and replies, "I cannot forgive you. To receive forgiveness you must go out and beg it from every poor old person in the world." (by: Brian Cavanaugh, T.O.R., The Sower's Seeds). QUOTE: 'Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense.' (Ralph Waldo Emerson).

She thinks I just want her for sex, How can I prove to her I care?
Me and this girl i'm seeing have had a few meet ups and I thought it was going good. It has been mostly just meeting up at each others house due to being low on cash. I was going to take her out for a meal but there was some mixed signals since I told her my house wasn't free due to my dad being there resting. (which I didn't want to disturb.) Now after a long argument which hasn't been resolved. She feels I don't trust her alone and that the only time I want her is sexually. I admit, I was heavy keen on having sex with her and I did kind of push the idea because I thought she wanted to. Now at the moment, she said she wants space and is under the impression that I don't want her for other than purely sex. I was going out tonight to see her in a club with my friends. I got told she wants to like me but i've acted different towards her this week, pushy, annoying and rude. She even hinted towards me that she is going to get drunk and if she meets someone then "so be it." She thinks I don't trust her and i'm curious if this is just a mind game to test my trust. What should I do? I'm not planning on going out tonight now because she wants space and maybe giving her some flowers on Sunday.

what do i do? reply or not?
i'm fed up of texting him and he'll take hours to reply, i'm fed up of trying to get in contact with him all the time. i've been seeing him for around 2 months, and this has happened couple weeks now. i still really like him but its gone past petty mind games and being annoyed now I want him to know that he cant do this to me without losing him or coming across as hateful or silly, i generally am fed up of this. he texted me couple hours ago, do i text back? what do i do to let him know that he cant do this without losing him?

Why some older men play mind games?
I'm 27 and this guy is 46. I can't help but like him. When we were seeing each other he was so possessive and jealous which I could deal with! He then started playing mind games like he would take forever to text or wait for me. He would also purposely let me down when arranging dates and expect me to get upset? But then if I let him down he hated it or If I ever spoke about other guys he would get completely angry! He also watches me on Facebook the whole time? Why does he play head games?

Are Real Madrid scared of Bayern?
I think they are, there's all this talk and mind games about how they are going to demolish Bayern, it's NOT going to happen. Maybe they will win it 3-2 but Bayern will go through on away goals. Madrid's arrogance will surely be their downfall tomorrow. HALA BAYERN, MIA SAN MIA!!!!
