Ways of living life to the fullest while being promotable There is a lot of things that you will be able to enjoy when it comes to a promotion, however, there are a lot going to be times where you will need to miss some friend and family social events because you will need to put the extra time in at the office. Also, you should keep in mind that with every promotion you would find it harder and harder to balance out the friends and family along with work. The key to making your life the best without any regrets to keep yourself in check with your family, but also keep yourself in check at the office. You will have two balls to juggle, but you can't allow either one to hit the ground because you'll lose it all. The first thing that you will need to do is talk to your mate. Tell your mate how you would like to make it up in the ranks at the office and ask them for their total support. Also, you need to ask them to keep your head out of the clouds. Your wife or husband is what will keep you grounded as you become more successful throughout the years. If you are not able to find the support from your family you will not be able to keep the family and the job going strong. You will also need to talk to your mate and try to tell them that there are going to be things that you are going to miss out on, but that you are working hard so that the entire family doesn't have to go down in the slums. Tell your mate that you are working for your own personal dreams, but that you are trying to make a life better for your family as well. You will also need to make a list of things that you would like to do while at this job level. You will find that this list is going to be the goals that you are going to try to work hard for that these goals is exactly what you will need for your life to be long and full. You will find that these goals are going to take some time and they are going to take a lot of hard work. However, keep in mind that there is always several paths to any goal, but you should set down and figure out how you would like to achieve your goals so that you aren't ruining your chances of having a better life. Not only will you want to have the support from your family and friends, but your work as well. You will need to tell your boss what you would like to do for the company and what you would like to do for yourself while at the job. Allow your boss to know your intentions so that they can see your dedication to your work. Also, keep in mind focused on the things that mean the most to you. If you really need to be at your son's baseball game every Monday night, then you need to tell your boss that you have to be out of the office by three because you have prior engagements. You will also want to talk to your boss or superiors when it comes to the other goals that you have for your life. Keep in mind when you are open and honest with your co-workers you will be able to gain and retain their respect and they also know what it is that they can expect from you and how much they can lean on you. This is a great character trait to have when looking for a promotion. You need to learn how to keep a good job going at work, but you will also need to learn how you can focus on other enjoyments at life. Working isn't what life's all about, but it is simply a way to feel good and make some life achievements.
