Today's Story on ADAPTING TO CHANGE: Too much CHANGE in our life can cause health problems; unless we have the skill and strength to deal with it. I have been close to a colleague who has been advised to stop smoking for health reasons. The advice that came back from the clinic was to change your daily routine as habit is a major obstacle that needs to be overcome. Rather than get up in a morning, go downstairs and make yourself a drink and have a cigarette, before you're prepared to have a wash and clean your teeth; is a ritual of routine. Nicotine patches and the varying remedies to inject nicotine into your body are helpful to wean you off the drug, but it is the habit that can be your downfall. The suggestion from the clinic is to move that favourite chair where you sat to have a cigarette, change your daily routine so that you get up in a morning and wash and clean your teeth before you go downstairs. Change your bad habits! I would hope that this instruction from the clinic is clear? But what does it also inform us? That habit can control our life without us knowing. If you had a problem you're going to react the same way you did the last time the situation arose; that is habit, not the lack of knowledge. Today's story is an illustration on how to change the way we perceive. We need to take note, because our habitual reaction to CHANGE can cause anguish and ill-health. I AM GOD Today I will be handling all of your problems. Please remember that I do not need your help. If life happens to deliver a situation to you that you cannot handle, do not attempt to resolve it. Kindly put it in the SFGTD (something for God to do) box. All situations will be resolved... but in My time, not yours. Once the matter is placed into the box, do not hold onto it by worrying about it. Instead, focus on all the wonderful things that are present in your life now If you find yourself stuck in traffic; Don't despair. There are people in this world for whom driving is an unheard of privilege. Should you have a bad day at work; Think of the man who has been out of work for years. Should you despair over a relationship gone bad; Think of the person who has never known what it's like to love and be loved in return. Should you grieve the passing of another weekend; Think of the woman in dire straits, working twelve hours a day, seven days a week to feed her children. Should your car break down, leaving you miles away from assistance; Think of the paraplegic who would love the opportunity to take that walk. Should you notice a new grey hair in the mirror; Think of the cancer patient in chemo who wishes she had hair to examine. Should you find yourself at a loss and pondering what is life all about, asking what is my purpose? Be thankful. There are those who didn't live long enough to get the opportunity. Should you find yourself the victim of other people's bitterness, ignorance, smallness or insecurities; Remember, things could be worse. You could be one of them! Should you decide to send this to a friend; Thank you... you may have touched their life in ways you will never know! (Author Unknown) QUOTE: "If you don't like the way things are going, change your perspective.' (Eva Gregory)

I need help designing team building/problem solving activities for primary school children. ?
My new role as of next year will be to design activities that promote children of differing abilities to 'get along' and improve social engagement. Please read my cover letter?
hi, I am a year 10 looking for work experience at an accounting firm. Name address, address, address 9/2/12 Phone number number Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you to apply for Work Experience at -------, as recommended to me by ------- --------, Financial Controller. References are available on request, and I have enclosed my up to date CV. I?m interested in a career in accounting and feel that work experience at Amadeus Technology Company would be a practical introduction to this field. I am comfortable with numbers and the world of business. I have started reading introductory books to make me more knowledgeable about business and accounting. I am very keen to see how a modern successful international company integrates into the business environment. I?ll bring a range of skills which I think will excel me into a potential career in business and accounting. I have good problem solving skills which are shown in my love of maths and the times when I manage my scout group in problem solving activities and camps. I communicate well and have a good work ethic during a trip I cooked the food on a fire which we ate and set up the tents in the evening. I am also good at managing a group of people. I often volunteer and lead young and disabled children with sport. I have to communicate effectively to keep them safe. I am able to speak to a crowd. I am hard working and started my part time job of both a paper round and a media distributor when I was 13. I work four days a week and I have to wake up early and cycle in any weather conditions. Although I am 16 I ask you to look favourably on this application and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours Faithfully, -------

I am hard working and have multiple part time jobs of both a paper round and a media distributor which I began when I was 13 and I do it for four days a week no matter what the weather is. Although I am 16 I ask you to look favourably on this application and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours Faithfully, ------------------ thanks Tom. the last sentence is now 'I ask for you to look favourably on this application and I look forward to hearing from you soon.' I that better?
