A loving heart is the truest wisdom.
Charles Dickens
A merry Christmas to everybody! A happy New Year to all the world!
Charles Dickens
Whatever I have tried to do in life, I have tried with all my heart to do it well; whatever I
have devoted myself to, I have devoted myself completely; in great aims and in small I
have always thoroughly been in earnest.
Charles Dickens
I feel an earnest and humble desire, and shall till I die, to increase the stock of harmless
cheerfulness.
Charles Dickens
Do all the good you can, and make as little fuss about it as possible.
Charles Dickens
Happy, happy Christmas, that can win us back to the delusions of our childhood days,
recall to the old man the pleasures of his youth, and transport the traveler back to his
own fireside and quiet home!
Charles Dickens
I do come home at Christmas. We all do, or we all should. We all come home, or ought to
come home, for a short holiday - the longer, the better - from the great boarding school
where we are forever working at our arithmetical slates, to take, and give a rest.
Charles Dickens
I have always thought of Christmas as a good time; a kind, forgiving, generous, pleasant
time; a time when men and women seem to open their hearts freely, and so I say, God
bless Christmas!
Charles Dickens
It was always said of him, that he knew how to keep Christmas well, if any man alive
possessed the knowledge. May that be truly said of us, and all of us! And so, as Tiny Tim
observed, God Bless Us, Every One!
Charles Dickens
Time was with most of us, when Christmas Day, encircling all our limited world like a magic
ring, left nothing out for us to miss or seek; bound together all our home enjoyments,
affections, and hopes; grouped everything and everyone round the Christmas fire, and
make the little picture shining in our bright young eyes, complete.
Charles Dickens

Francis Bacon
+ Time is the measure of business.

his friends, but he joyeth the more; and no man that imparted his grieves to his friend,
but he grieveth the less.

Everything You Want Appears -- Seemingly Out of Thin Air

There is a science that deals with manifesting desires. Many
people regard it as mystical or esoteric, but it's actually a
science like physics or algebra.

There are certain immutable laws that govern the process of
materializing wishes seemingly out of thin air, and once these
laws are complied with, anyone can make their dreams a reality
-- with absolute certainty.

What? Can you say he was abandoned by God when God is there smiling upon him?
I've won my appeal osf suspension and got back my deleted questions that's used by those haters to report me. I'm not a Saint but I always believe in His Power and I know when I pray with tears in my eyes,He listens to my grieving. I guess He still favour me..the way my love for Him always stay. Yeah..I planned to kill myself, but that doesn't mean I don't know what His Love is. I guess He still love me as well and He knows that I won't be long in this world. Nah..I don't hate any of you. Just sharing.. (=_°) Romans 12-19:Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, ?Vengeance is mine, I will repay",says the Lord. Proverbs 6:12-15:A worthless person, a wicked man, goes about with crooked speech, winks with his eyes, signals with his feet, points with his finger, with perverted heart devises evil, continually sowing discord; therefore calamity will come upon him suddenly; in a moment he will be broken beyond healing. Proverbs 3:27-32:Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it. Do not say to your neighbor, ?Go, and come again, tomorrow I will give it??when you have it with you. Do not plan evil against your neighbor, who dwells trustingly beside you.Do not contend with a man for no reason, when he has done you no harm.Do not envy a man of violence and do not choose any of his ways. Psalm 24:1-10:The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein, for he has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the rivers. Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully. He will receive blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of his salvation. 1 Corinthians 13-13:So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love. Matthew 5:3-10:?Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven". ?Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted". ?Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth". ?Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied". ?Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy". That's what I always read and comfort my heart with when I was lost and in despair. :) It calms me a little..

Christians - please help clear some things up for me?
I'm hoping you don't get offended, these are genuine questions I have and would like answered. 1) Jesus never said he was god or the son of god in the bible. At most he said he is "one with the Father", but let's face it, christians of strong faith make that claim today. Why are the only instances of him being called "god" or"son of god" things that were said by other people, not himself? If he didn't say it, why do you say it? 2) If he was god then how could he die? 3) God repeatedly said he is "one", and that he is the only way into heaven. The holy trinity was not mentioned in the OT and I have read numerous academic sources that say the idea of the trinity was entered into the bible at a much later date, or there is no way to directly infer it from the original old or new testaments. How do you address this? @Tammy - thank you for the detailed reply! 1) You got me there :) the jumping between 1st person and 3rd person is a bit weird though, as is him never saying "my father", but rather, "the father". Futhermore, if Jesus IS god, why talk of the father? Why doesn't he just call himself the creator? Why does he have to pray to god and admit there are things god knows that he doesn't? I think the instances of him claiming to not be god far outweigh the instances that he does. 2&3) Okay I'll just accept these answers because there's no way to argue against them really

Why are christians somewhat?.....?
Annoyed by the fact that they cant always keep a secret?.. its an honest question.. you cant spread the word of god one minute and then be all skull and cross bones the next.. why do many of society most pwerful figured both media and political, happen to be the most righteous, yet at the same time the most cold blooded, and express traits that are the most out of step with being a craing and nurturing mammal? seems they use there religous assocciation as a mask... How can the jews be the chosen people and not believe that Jesus was the Messiah?
all Judaism must be wrong. worthless and pointless. and an exercise in futility. because.... if Jesus was really the son of god, then god isnt going to take to kindly to a religious group who deny him is he? not to mention that same group who put him to death.
